Savin Engineers provided complete Design and Construction Administration services for the construction of more than 12,000 feet of leachate collection piping and appurtenances including a bridge crossing over Metro North Railroad.

The work involved coordination of numerous agencies including NYSDEC, NYSDOT, the Village of Croton, U.S. Department of Justice, local community and Croton Park patrons. Maintenance and protection of traffic was a critical issue during construction of the forcemain over the Croton Bridge. Savin field personnel coordinated contractor and agency activities to insure safe and convenient access across the bridge during construction.
