Savin Engineers
provides consulting services in engineering and construction management fields
to Municipalities, Industries, Contractors and other Engineering
firms. We are certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
by the City of New York, the States of Massachusetts, New York and
New Jersey; The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and several
other agencies.Our offices are located in Pleasantville, Bayshore
and Syracuse, New York; Quincy (Boston), Massachusetts and Powell,
Ohio.
The Firm's qualifications
encompass the fields of water and sewer inspection; water and wastewater
treatment; hazardous waste and transportation engineering. Services
provided include planning studies, field reconnaissance, environmental
impact studies, preliminary and final design, preparation of contract
documents, office and field construction engineering, start-up,
and preparation of operation and maintenance manuals.
Savin has provided
services to communities in Westchester, Nassau, Dutchess, Suffolk
and Onondaga, New York; the City of New York; the City of Stamford,
Connecticut; the New York State Department of Transportation and
Thruway Authority; and Massachusetts clients including the MWRA
and BWSC. In addition, we have worked with a number of Consulting
Engineering Firms.
Our personnel
include registered professional civil, environmental, chemical and
structural engineers, geologists, scientists, construction engineers
and inspectors, and technicians.
